Bird Netting & Exclusion for Farms

Netting is the strongest and most versatile bird exclusion system in the world, denying pest bird’s access to any architectural configuration including barns, roof tops, overhangs, parking garages, and especially fruit producing trees and shrubs.

Bird netting can be utilized successfully in almost any structural bird exclusion setting. It can exclude birds from perching areas, block entrances into buildings, prevent access to nooks and crannies, protect rooftop equipment, and more! Netting will work with any species to prevent the accumulation of droppings and protect the health of visitors and employees. One of the most important aspects of using bird netting successfully is to find every opening where birds are entering and leaving the structure or accessing perching areas. The netting needs to enclose or block off each avenue used for access by the birds and ensure that it is installed tight enough to prevent small birds from finding access near anchor points.

Netting is very flexible and can be tailored very well to an individual client’s needs, including utilizing zipper systems to allow for human access when needed while still keeping birds out. Netting is an all species exclusion, though it is primarily used for pigeons, house sparrows, and starlings.
